Outpatient therapy is a service provided in person or via telehealth. This type of therapy does not include crisis services or phone coaching between scheduled sessions. I am currently offering telehealth sessions through a secure video platform called Simple Practice.
I offer individual therapy for ages 18 and up. Therapy sessions are about 50 minutes long. I recommend new clients start with meeting weekly or biweekly. I work with many undergraduate and graduate students as well as professionals in the Triangle area.
